How long will it take to receive my charm?
Because each charm is custom made for your pet, we ask that
you allow 10-15 business days
from the time we receive your order. If there is ever a delay
in your order, we will be sure and
communicate the delay with you.

pet charm?
Our charms are made of 100% Sterling Sliver. It's just like
buying a nice piece of sterling silver jewelry for yourself!
Do you have any other designs to choose from?

Can I design my own charm?
Absolutely! We will be happy to work with you in designing your
one-of-a-kind piece if you are
interested. Your cost will vary depending upon your design,
but we would be happy to review
your idea and provide you with an estimate.
Can I clean my charm just like normal jewelry?
Yes, you can clean your charm just like any other piece
of sterling silver jewelry you own. I would
recommend a little hot water and a silver polishing cloth. If
you would like to send your charm to
us, we will be happy to professionally clean your charm for
you at no charge; shipping charges
will still apply ($5.95)
